Litterbox Records is a simple record label and music distributor. We exist to help our friends and the musicians in our local community. We are transient and tend to move from city to city, bringing the label along with us as we roam.
Litterbox started in Oakland, CA in April of 2005 in order to release Brown Recluse's The Open Heart Bypass. Litterbox has since focused on music coming out of the greater Bay Area in California, helping such bands as New Thrill Parade (Santa Cruz/SF), and The Casual Lust (SF).
The Litterbox currently resides in Seattle, WA and is interested in working with friends and musicians in the local music scene.
Litterbox Records does not currently accept submissions, but is still interested in new projects. If you are a well established local musician interested in working with us, the best way to get involved with Litterbox is to get to know us. Let us know when you are playing and we'll do our best to come out.
